Refund Policy

At Goenka Florist, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered on time. However, certain circumstances may require a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.


1. Order Acceptance and Refund Eligibility


All orders are subject to product availability, delivery location, and delivery time. In some cases, an order may be declined or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is canceled by Goenka Florist, the full payment amount will be refunded either to the customer’s Goenka Florist Wallet or directly to their bank account, as per their preference.


2. Delivery Attempts


Our delivery team makes only one delivery attempt.

Please ensure that the recipient is available at the chosen delivery time and address.

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as delivered/attempted, and no refund will be issued in such cases.


3. Refund Process


Refunds will be initiated only after the customer confirms via email whether the refund should be made to their Goenka Florist Wallet or bank account.

For orders that are still being processed within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, the refund will be credited to the Goenka Florist Wallet.

All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method or the wallet, as applicable.


4. Address Change Requests


Address changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are accepted free of cost.


Address changes requested within 24 hours of delivery may incur an additional charge of ₹150.


In some cases, address changes close to the delivery time may not be possible. If the change cannot be accommodated, the order will not be canceled or refunded.
